Bookings

Making a Booking

•Bookings can be made online or by phone
•Confirmation will be sent via email
•All information provided must be accurate
•We reserve the right to confirm bookings

Arrival & Service

•Please arrive at your scheduled time
•Late arrivals (15+ minutes) may not be accommodated
•Inform us of any special requirements in advance

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation Policy

Please review our cancellation terms:

24+ hours beforeFree cancellation

12-24 hours before50% cancellation fee

Less than 12 hours100% cancellation fee

No-showFull charge applied

Customers are responsible for personal items in vehicles. We recommend removing valuables before service. Please inform us of any pre-existing damage or special requirements.
