The challenge
MINC needed one system to replace a patchwork of spreadsheets and disconnected tools — somewhere staff could manage clients and entities, and where every role saw exactly what it should, and nothing it shouldn't.
Our approach
- Designed a relational schema with a consistent entity numbering system across clients, cases, and documents.
- Built granular role-based access control so each staff role gets a tailored, safe view of the data.
- Created Client 360 views that pull a client's full history into a single screen.
- Unified every transactional email under one branded template system.
- Added inline content editing so the team can update the public site without a developer.
